Our quest continues for Facilitators (Community Connectors) to serve clients in Gloucestershire. We welcome applications from anyone who would enjoy this part-time role, working flexible hours (2-8 hours per month). We have an information pack ready to email or post to anyone who would like to consider joining our team.

ACSYL has been working with clients in Herefordshire since 2012 and in Gloucestershire since last year. We're more convinced than ever that good relationships are vital to wellbeing. As a facilitator, you would be making a huge difference to someone's quality of life.

The body of evidence pointing to the dangers of social isolation continues to grow. As Dr Laura Carstensen, the Founding Director of the Stanford Center on Longevity, put it in the latest edition of Time magazine, "Social isolation is as strong a risk factor for early mortality as cigarette smoking."

If you're passionate about empowering people and enhancing their wellbeing, we'd love to hear from you. Please phone 01989 555006 or email michelle@acsyl.co.uk
